Strengthening Global Technical Leadership
Rebecca joins Plant-Ex from Peters Food Service, where she served as Technical Director, leading regulatory strategy, quality assurance, and technical innovation across multiple facilities.
With more than 20 years of experience in the food ingredients and foodservice sectors, Rebecca brings specialised expertise in scaling technical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding robust quality management systems.
Role and Responsibilities at Plant-Ex
In her new role, Rebecca will be responsible for technical strategy across Plant-Ex’s global sites. She will lead initiatives in regulatory compliance, product safety, and quality assurance, while supporting the company’s continued growth and investment in new production facilities.
